You WIll Need To Reset Your Password!!!

We just moved hosts on this system, and this has caused a few updates. One is the way we encode and store the encoded passwords.

Your old passwords will NOT work. You will need to reset your password. This is normal. Just click on reset password from the log in screen. Should be smooth as silk to do...

    Sorry for the hassle.

    Other Side Of Maleficent

I have been looking forward to Maleficent with equal amounts of anticipation and dread. On one hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, so cold and so pure, and I want desperately to see more of her and her back-story. On the other hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, and I would hate to see her parodied, taken lightly or ultimately destroyed in a film that does not understand this great character. The good news is that this film almost gets it right; but that is also the bad news.

    Disney To Feast In France

The follow up to Disney’s 2013 Academy Award Winning short Paperman has been announced, and it will premiere at France’s Annecy International Animated Film Festival. Titled The Feast, the short looks to be based on the same stylized CG techniques used on last years Paperman, a more natural and hand-drawn look to computer animation.

    Renegades of Animation: Pat Sullivan

Pat Sullivan became famous worldwide for his creation of Felix the Cat. What most animation histories gloss over is Sullivan’s checkered past and longtime standing as a wildcat renegade. He didn’t follow the rules. And he made damn sure to fully protect his intellectual properties.

"All right, all right, I'm a thinkin'! And my head hurts."

"Why did you pour ink on my head?"

Any of Sam's swear words in "From Hare to Heir" would do. "GET OUTTA THERE YA RACKIN' FRACKIN' NAZIT-TRAP OR I'LL....."

As "Sam Von Schamm," in Bunker Hill Bunny (1950):

"Who am I? I'm Sam Von Schamm the Hessian, that's who I am!"

"You ornery fur-bearin' rebel, you'll pay for this!"

"Ya better say yer prayers, ya flea-bitten varmaint, I'm a-gonna blow ya to smithereenies!"

(Running into a tunnel) "CHARGE!" (Realizing that the "tunnel" is actually the mouth of a cannon) "RETREAT!"

(After being blown up at least three times) "I'm a Hessian without no aggression. If ya can't beat 'em, join 'em."

As "Sheik Riff Raff Sam," in Sahara Hare (1955):

"I'm Riff Raff Sam, the riffiest riff that ever riffed a raff!"

(To his camel) "Whoa, mule, whoa, mule!"

(Unknown cartoon: After digging through a piece of a cliff, Yosemite Sam emerges upside-down from the other end of the piece...while it's falling to earth) "Great horny-toadies! I think I dug all the way to Chinee!" (That's from "14 Carrot Rabbit" by Friz Freleng c. 1952 )

    From "Rabbitson Crusoe" (1956)

    -- Ya shark-livered varmit!!!

    -- Ya hammer-head halibut!!

    -- Shark-toothed salmon!!

    -- No good, bush-wackin' barracuda!

"I paid my four bits to see the high diving act and I'm-a gonna SEE the high diving act!"

    And I ain't Mahatma Ghandi...

"Now, ya carrot-chewin' coyote!! Git a goin'!!"

"Oh, yeah? Well, I talk LOUD, and I carry a BIGGER stick! And I use it, too!"

    From the same cartoon:

"Tossed coconut salad. Fresh coconut milk. I hate coconuts! I can't STAND coconuts!"

*in drag* "HELP! HELP! Save a poor old lady from a horrible fate!!"

"When I get my hands on that money, I'll buy the old ladies home and kick the old ladies out. I'll have the orphan home torn down and I'll get rid of the police department. Mwa HA HA HA HA HA !!"

Another one from the oscar winning film: "You stupid idjit bidrago dragon. I warned y'about lettin' yer fire git low. Nooooow you've caught cold."

Actually I think Sam calls him a bedraggled dragon. Great quotes - made my day!!
