You WIll Need To Reset Your Password!!!

We just moved hosts on this system, and this has caused a few updates. One is the way we encode and store the encoded passwords.

Your old passwords will NOT work. You will need to reset your password. This is normal. Just click on reset password from the log in screen. Should be smooth as silk to do...

    Sorry for the hassle.

    Other Side Of Maleficent

I have been looking forward to Maleficent with equal amounts of anticipation and dread. On one hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, so cold and so pure, and I want desperately to see more of her and her back-story. On the other hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, and I would hate to see her parodied, taken lightly or ultimately destroyed in a film that does not understand this great character. The good news is that this film almost gets it right; but that is also the bad news.

    Disney To Feast In France

The follow up to Disney’s 2013 Academy Award Winning short Paperman has been announced, and it will premiere at France’s Annecy International Animated Film Festival. Titled The Feast, the short looks to be based on the same stylized CG techniques used on last years Paperman, a more natural and hand-drawn look to computer animation.

    Renegades of Animation: Pat Sullivan

Pat Sullivan became famous worldwide for his creation of Felix the Cat. What most animation histories gloss over is Sullivan’s checkered past and longtime standing as a wildcat renegade. He didn’t follow the rules. And he made damn sure to fully protect his intellectual properties.

The Mystery Cartoon Character Game, ongoing-ier.

Got it! It's Fibber Fox from the Yakky Doodle cartoons.

    1. His nemesis is Chopper the bulldog.

    2. He's always after Yakky.

    3. His voice is an imitation of Shelley Berman.

I didn't think that I'd get that one past you, Em!

Yes, it's HB's Fibber Fox, for all the reasons given.

Take your well-earned point and step up to the plate!

Well, I got it, Pete. Now here's another that's really gone untapped, and just in time for the season:

    1. I'm the human form of a luminous phenomenon.

    2. In the movie, it's revealed that I'm the one who gave an iconic reindeer his gift, and unknowingly made others see him as a misfit.

    3. This movie also stars an iconic snowman who had his own animated specials.

    Three more clues:

    4. My movie has a summer month in its title.

    5. Unlike other films from the studio, it doesn't air on TV these days.

    6. My voice actress went on to voice a magical princess who accompanied a barbarian and a Mok.

It's Lady Boreal, from Rudolph and Frosty's Christmas in July. She's the Queen of the Northern Lights, and transferred the last of her magic into Rudolph. Making his nose glow.

I remember seeing it last year on a cable station. I think they just aired it once, whereas the other specials aired several times.

Thanks, I would have answered it yesterday, but didn't get the chance.

I was one of the hosts in a Christmas special.
    I have a huge appetite.
By the end of the special, I'm as round as an ornament.

    More? OK.

I tend to annoy my buddy.
    We introduce the carols.
There's nothing odd about two dinosaurs hosting a Christmas show. (right?)

That's right, it's Herb from A Claymation Christmas. The clues are self-explanatory.

Thanks. Now I've got one that can be solved with just three clues:

    1. I start out as a living Christmas present.

    2. One Christmas later, I'm a wife and mother.

    3. Amazingly, I share my name with classic songs by Styx, The Little River Band, and Kenny Rogers.

Three more clues should clear the smoke here:

    4. My movie was released 60 years ago, ironically six months before Christmas.

    5. My name precedes that of my boyfriend/hubby in the title.

    6. I'm so hungry, I could go for some spaghetti.

Oh, duh on me. This is Lady from Disney's Lady and the Tramp. As a pup, she was a Christmas gift in the Darling house. At the end of the story, Lady is mother to three girls and a boy. Lady and the Tramp premiered on Wednesday 22 June 1955. And it was at the back of Tony's Restaurant that Lady received a meal of spaghetti and meatballs, leading to one of the most iconic moments in animation.

Nifty. And borrowing from your talent for picking timely animated films, let me field this one:

    1) This character made his debut on Thursday 6 December 1973 in a completely animated feature film.

    2) Much like the vice president, this character is the immediate number two to the title character's number one.

    3) This character's name is a misnomer: it suggests a very different physique from the character's actual build.
