Okay, here we go.
1. I am from a tv show where pre-existing characters are in child form.
2. However, unlike the rest, I was made especially for the show--and have not been seen elsewhere.
3. I am one of two female characters on the show--unlike the other one--I am more of a tomboy.

If I know my little blue people, the answer is Sassette Smurfling.

1. Three of the male Smurfs, Nat, Snappy, and Slouchy became young Smurflings during the show's fifth season.

2. She was created for the show, and was never seen in the two recent movies.

3. Sassette was indeed a tomboy.

BTW, there were actually three female Smurfs, if you include Nanny.

Perhaps this is Janice, part of the band Doctor Teeth and the Electric Mayhem from Muppet Babies.

You are very very close, OneUglyBunny--but Janice was not created exclusively for Muppet Babies--and she was only seen once to my knowledge on the show.

Now I've got it. It's Baby Skeeter.

Correct--Skeeter is the twin sister of Scooter--but she was only on Muppet Babies and has no live action Muppet equivalent. Most likely she was added to provide another female character on the show besides Piggy.

Here's a good one that I just thought of:

1. We're four of a kind.

2. Our look was later used for one of a rocking super trio.

3. In our only appearance, we were mistaken for alien invaders.

This would be the Way Outs, from the Flintstones--I saw a small bit of this episode once--most likely while waiting for Looney Tunes to come on afterwards. The singers inspired Multi Man of The Impossibles.
