L. B. Mammoth, head of Mammoth Studios from Mark Dindal's Cats Don't Dance. Despite the name Mammoth, L. B. isn't much taller than child star Darla Dimple. He's also an Affectionate Parody character of MGM Studios honcho Louis B Meyer.

I looked up "Hall Of The Mountain King" and couldn't find the tune's use as the cartoon's theme song.

I'm going to say it's Mort, Wart, and Gort. The older brothers of Orson Pig.

Yes, these are Mort, Wart and Gort from the U.S.Acres/ Orson's Farm segments of Garfield and Friends.
The third clue is in regards to the fact that most of the time, whenever the brothers appear, a rock version of "Hall of the Mountain King" is heard.

Great. Here's mine.

I was King of the land.
When I left this country for another one, I thought I would remain King.
Boy was I wrong.

I haven't a clue. The only characters who might fit the clues I decided to rule out, no pun intended.
