The Joker has furnished a Riddler-like note of intent to Batman, mentioning that Leoncavallo's I, Pagliacci is his favorite. It's Batmite that wonders, "What a pagliacci?" Sure enough, the Joker starts up his devilry at the Gotham theater.

Well, that points squarely at Wonder Woman. Plus, Jayna was half of the Wonder Twins, along with Zan. Since the Wonder Twins come from The Super Friends series, well, that must be where the Wonder Woman quote comes from. As to which episode, I'd have to dartboard it.
