Just as I thought--the Sunburn character gave it away, I just had to find the right characters for this movie.
Zsa Zsa's character was called Blossom, she's one of the seven Dwarfelles from the Filmation Studio produced "Happily Ever After", a non official sequel to Disney's Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs." So this is Blossom and Snow White asking Sunburn--another one of the Dwarfelles for help.
