Ok, here's the answer. Incredible as it may seem, the speaker here is Reed Richards of the Fantastic Four. The quote's from the episode "The Way It All Began." Mr. Fantastic is perhaps the only cartoon character to actually mention Pearl Harbor Day.

This time, I'm stumped. Hopefully, someone else has the answer.

I'm only familiar with this one because I've seen a review on some animated Christmas specials. This is from "A Claymation Christmas Special" It's Herb remarking this. There's a running gag where a bunch of dinosaurs mix up some lyrics to some Christmas carols. In this case "Here we go a waffling" instead of "Here we go a wassailing."

Yep, it's Herb. Actually though, "Here we go a wassailing" was the only Christmas carol that had messed up lyrics. Herb thought it was "waffling," and a group of geese thought it was "waddling," and some pigs said "wallowing." At the end, a group of elves come in and uses the correct word, "wassailing."
