Drat, I only saw it once. This is a Thanksgiving cartoon featuring Johnny Hart's cavemen from the syndicated comic strip B.C. The men need to catch a turkey so that the Fat Broad can cook it; otherwise, it's rock soup for dinner. I'll have to guess it's the two principal characters, B.C. and Peter. Of course, there's also Curly, Thor, Clumsy, Cute Chick and Grog.

Well, you got the special right, anyway. Those lines were spoken by the turkey and the Fat Broad. So you get the next turn, regardless.

This must be from Looney Tunes Back in Action. This is Daffy Duck saying the line.

That precisely where the quote comes from, one of Joe Dante's last pictures, Looney Tunes Back In Action. Laughably, Daffy knows that Bugs Bunny is riding in a flying car that's plummeting to Earth, assuring his doom. However, Daffy is also riding in that same car at the time. Apparently, the Duck believes that dying rich counts somehow.

Aha! Thanks to your reliable tipoff, I found it. It's Peter and Lois Griffin, from the "Family Guy" episode "We Love You, Conrad."

Yes, this was from my college days, when I actually used to watch Family Guy with some friends. It was indeed a mean, horrible, offensive show--but it did have its laugh out loud moments, like this one.
I always loved it when Peter acted like a little kid.
