Perfectly correct. Simon Bar Sinister succeeds in tickling the entire nation until nobody can actively vote on Election Day. Simon and his henchman, Cad Lackey, vote Simon into office as Dictator. That is, until Underdog points out that neither man is registered to vote, which negates Simon's office. Which of course bypasses the whole electoral process, but cartoons routinely ignore the Laws of Physics, so Civil Law can't fare much better. Good job, SB.

Just thought I'd mention something about that quote from Ballot Box Bunny: Sam not only brandishes that club, he whomps Bugs Bunny on the noggin with it. Though infrequent, Yosemite Sam could get licks in against that rascally rabbit. Not 100% positive, but I can't recall poor Elmer Fudd ever getting a lick in versus that bunny, which was the principal reason that Isadore "Friz" Freleng created Yosemite Sam. Freleng believed that Fudd was too gullible, and would become The Woobie alongside Bugs Bunny. That Karmic Trickster needed a more dangerous adversary, namely Sam.
