There's only one character I know who's named Z: Z from Antz. The line is spoken by Azteca, in a kind of mondegreen of The Beatles' Give Peace A Chance.

Found it. It's Mammy from Push-Button Kitty. It's been years since I saw that one.

Of course, this is Mammy Two-Shoes from the Tom And Jerry cartoon "Push Button Kitty." At first, Tom laughed at the tin cat, certain that no mindless machine could replace him as mouse-catcher. Mechano's speed and precision silenced Tom's laughter completely, and it's Mammy who's laughing that cat out of house and home. Good catch, Salty.
