Amazing as this is, it's Grim, from "The Grim Adventures Of Billy And Mandy."

Not really amazing--this is indeed Grim from The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy from one of the earlier episodes "Get Out of My Head." Grim shows Billy that he can possess people by climbing into Billy's cat, Milkshakes. This hilariously random song is the result of this.
