You WIll Need To Reset Your Password!!!

We just moved hosts on this system, and this has caused a few updates. One is the way we encode and store the encoded passwords.

Your old passwords will NOT work. You will need to reset your password. This is normal. Just click on reset password from the log in screen. Should be smooth as silk to do...

    Sorry for the hassle.

    Other Side Of Maleficent

I have been looking forward to Maleficent with equal amounts of anticipation and dread. On one hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, so cold and so pure, and I want desperately to see more of her and her back-story. On the other hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, and I would hate to see her parodied, taken lightly or ultimately destroyed in a film that does not understand this great character. The good news is that this film almost gets it right; but that is also the bad news.

    Disney To Feast In France

The follow up to Disney’s 2013 Academy Award Winning short Paperman has been announced, and it will premiere at France’s Annecy International Animated Film Festival. Titled The Feast, the short looks to be based on the same stylized CG techniques used on last years Paperman, a more natural and hand-drawn look to computer animation.

    Renegades of Animation: Pat Sullivan

Pat Sullivan became famous worldwide for his creation of Felix the Cat. What most animation histories gloss over is Sullivan’s checkered past and longtime standing as a wildcat renegade. He didn’t follow the rules. And he made damn sure to fully protect his intellectual properties.

This was some kind of "special" on CN. I'm not sure how to call it. It wasn't a series on it's own like "The Flintstones" or "The Jetsons" or "Scooby Doo" but when the time for this "series" came, let's say Fridays at 12, they showed different cartoons from the "special"...like they had maybe 6-7 of those that they showed over and over. Something like "What-a-Cartoon" special. If anyone remembers that one. It had the pilot episode of Courage the Cowardly Dog among them...

Anyways...the only episode from this one I remember is some kind of version of Humpty Dumpty. The egg is sitting on a wall. It has a face and possibly shorts. It talks during the cartoon but I can't remember anything of what it was talking about.

Now I might be mixing two episodes here but I think he was sitting on the wall of some castle and there was a princess involved.

I remember vaguely that the egg might have been speaking to a horse at some point.

I know this is all messy but I really hope someone watched this too and knows what I'm talking about.

I tried googling and searching for shows that used to be on CN at that time but I didn't find it.

I vaguely remember another one from this series. It was about a blonde girl (possibly a princess or some kind of nobility) that either runs away from home or is thrown out by someone. She runs into the forest (maybe)...along the way she meets some boy. I think somewhere near the end she is on some raft down the river and is approaching a waterfall or some other kind of danger...but is saved. Not sure if the boy saved her or someone else

You are definitely talking about the "The Real Story of..." (1991-92) series of specials, a Canadian-French co-production by CiNAR and France Animation. In the US, the specials were originally broadcast as part of "HBO Storybook Specials".

The first one is "The Real Story of... Humpty Dumpty" (a.k.a. "The Rise and Fall of Humpty Dumpty"):

The second one is "The Real Story of... Happy Birthday to You":
