You WIll Need To Reset Your Password!!!

We just moved hosts on this system, and this has caused a few updates. One is the way we encode and store the encoded passwords.

Your old passwords will NOT work. You will need to reset your password. This is normal. Just click on reset password from the log in screen. Should be smooth as silk to do...

    Sorry for the hassle.

    Other Side Of Maleficent

I have been looking forward to Maleficent with equal amounts of anticipation and dread. On one hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, so cold and so pure, and I want desperately to see more of her and her back-story. On the other hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, and I would hate to see her parodied, taken lightly or ultimately destroyed in a film that does not understand this great character. The good news is that this film almost gets it right; but that is also the bad news.

    Disney To Feast In France

The follow up to Disney’s 2013 Academy Award Winning short Paperman has been announced, and it will premiere at France’s Annecy International Animated Film Festival. Titled The Feast, the short looks to be based on the same stylized CG techniques used on last years Paperman, a more natural and hand-drawn look to computer animation.

    Renegades of Animation: Pat Sullivan

Pat Sullivan became famous worldwide for his creation of Felix the Cat. What most animation histories gloss over is Sullivan’s checkered past and longtime standing as a wildcat renegade. He didn’t follow the rules. And he made damn sure to fully protect his intellectual properties.

Been a long time guys. Got a real mystery one for you here. I recall awhile back during my childhood in the 90s possessing a vhs which had an educational cartoon on it involving shapes. Each of the shapes had their own personalities to them. I beleive the main protagonist was a circle who had a rivalry with a green triangle over a pink hourglass or something. I recall that the Circle towards the end turned himself into an octagon for some reason...I realize this is not much to go on. The only other bit of info I can provide is that it was limited in terms of animation as the charachters' mouths did not move. If anyone has any ideas or a possible lead I would love to hear them.

Hmm, I recall something similar, about a kingdom where the circles fought a civil war with the squares until everyone was homogenized into octagons ... until a triangle came along. The one I'm remembering is Balablok, directed by Bretislav Pojar, produced by the National Film Board of Canada in 1972. Viewable on YouTube here: .

Cute...but not exactly what I was looking for. For one they did not have arms or legs and there was certainly no war of shapes. XD I don't know if it helps but I do recall that the cartoon that I'm looking for in question had like songs for each of the shapes. (Children Education go figure) Incidentally dispite there not being a war I do recall that the squares in this cartoon were personified as soldiers or peace officers or something...like I said there is not much I can give that would help track this down.
