You WIll Need To Reset Your Password!!!

We just moved hosts on this system, and this has caused a few updates. One is the way we encode and store the encoded passwords.

Your old passwords will NOT work. You will need to reset your password. This is normal. Just click on reset password from the log in screen. Should be smooth as silk to do...

    Sorry for the hassle.

    Other Side Of Maleficent

I have been looking forward to Maleficent with equal amounts of anticipation and dread. On one hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, so cold and so pure, and I want desperately to see more of her and her back-story. On the other hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, and I would hate to see her parodied, taken lightly or ultimately destroyed in a film that does not understand this great character. The good news is that this film almost gets it right; but that is also the bad news.

    Disney To Feast In France

The follow up to Disney’s 2013 Academy Award Winning short Paperman has been announced, and it will premiere at France’s Annecy International Animated Film Festival. Titled The Feast, the short looks to be based on the same stylized CG techniques used on last years Paperman, a more natural and hand-drawn look to computer animation.

    Renegades of Animation: Pat Sullivan

Pat Sullivan became famous worldwide for his creation of Felix the Cat. What most animation histories gloss over is Sullivan’s checkered past and longtime standing as a wildcat renegade. He didn’t follow the rules. And he made damn sure to fully protect his intellectual properties.

Birds, World War, Disney-style (Not Valiant).

    Hi BCDB,

A year ago or so, I saw on TV the last part of a movie which was animated in a quite Disney-like style (no 3D), which I've never seen the title, and don't know about any of the character's names (I blame myself for not having taken notes at the moment). Searching for it today, it feels like it never existed, though the animation was great (and recent).
So as of today I know a bunch of animated movies featuring birds, even some hidden pearls, but definitely not what I seek.

Disclaimer : It really is not Disney's Valiant.

Here it is : it's about semi-anthropomorphic birds, in a human world war context. The main character is a handsome white american adult bird (can't tell the specie). He is quite strong, and a few feathers on his head make a nice haircut. He has a lover, who stays sheltered, as I recall. During the movie, he gets allies to help him.
The villains are, as one could guess, bad Nazi-looking Eagles and Falcons.
The main character must carry something very important to humans allies (something like a white package), and the villains are supposed to prevent him from doing so.

I also remember two scenes :
-> At one point of the story, two (friendly) birds get drunk and recall their memories of France. In their trip, they recall the "Moulin Rouge" and dance with French female birds on a Jazz track, with various flashing lights.
-> Near the end, the main character is close to achieve is goal (it is night time, in a small soldier camp), but gets violently grounded by a villain. A dog prevents the villain from delivering the final blow to the hero.

This is not much, but I can't recall anything else.

    Thanks a lot in advance.

This sounds like "Valiant," an animated movie about carrier pigeons during World War II.

Thanks for your fast reply, but as I said, I know it is not Valiant.
Valiant perfectly fits the theme, but I can assure you it is not what I seek.
    Thanks a lot anyway.
