You WIll Need To Reset Your Password!!!

We just moved hosts on this system, and this has caused a few updates. One is the way we encode and store the encoded passwords.

Your old passwords will NOT work. You will need to reset your password. This is normal. Just click on reset password from the log in screen. Should be smooth as silk to do...

    Sorry for the hassle.

    Other Side Of Maleficent

I have been looking forward to Maleficent with equal amounts of anticipation and dread. On one hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, so cold and so pure, and I want desperately to see more of her and her back-story. On the other hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, and I would hate to see her parodied, taken lightly or ultimately destroyed in a film that does not understand this great character. The good news is that this film almost gets it right; but that is also the bad news.

    Disney To Feast In France

The follow up to Disney’s 2013 Academy Award Winning short Paperman has been announced, and it will premiere at France’s Annecy International Animated Film Festival. Titled The Feast, the short looks to be based on the same stylized CG techniques used on last years Paperman, a more natural and hand-drawn look to computer animation.

    Renegades of Animation: Pat Sullivan

Pat Sullivan became famous worldwide for his creation of Felix the Cat. What most animation histories gloss over is Sullivan’s checkered past and longtime standing as a wildcat renegade. He didn’t follow the rules. And he made damn sure to fully protect his intellectual properties.

I was taking a look at some commercials for Uncle Grandpa which is being released on CN. I don't really know how to feel about the show and I'm a little skeptical. It looks interesting but also kind of cheesy.

Then again, I felt a similar reaction to when SpongeBob Squarepants was going to air and it actually is fantastic!!! So who knows.

I was wondering what you guys thought of the new Uncle Grandpa and whether you think it looks worth watching.

I think it's OK. Honestly, as far as Peter Browngardt's work goes, I liked Secret Mountain Fort Awesome more, it was a very fun and amusing show once you got past the grotesque character designs. Uncle Grandpa is a little strange (a weird reality-warping guy who is somehow everybody in the world's uncle and grandfather traveling the land in his magical TARDIS-like RV aiding kids in need), but it can be funny at times, and some of the characters have their moments, like Mr. Gus and Pizza Steve; the latter's probably the funniest character on the show IMO, it doesn't hurt that Pizza Steve is voiced by Adam Devine from Comedy Central's Workaholics.

The show can be a bit formulaic (the plots typically involve UG helping some kid with their personal problems or the gang having some odd misadventure in their RV), but there's enough surreal goofiness to keep kids entertained.
