You WIll Need To Reset Your Password!!!

We just moved hosts on this system, and this has caused a few updates. One is the way we encode and store the encoded passwords.

Your old passwords will NOT work. You will need to reset your password. This is normal. Just click on reset password from the log in screen. Should be smooth as silk to do...

    Sorry for the hassle.

    Other Side Of Maleficent

I have been looking forward to Maleficent with equal amounts of anticipation and dread. On one hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, so cold and so pure, and I want desperately to see more of her and her back-story. On the other hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, and I would hate to see her parodied, taken lightly or ultimately destroyed in a film that does not understand this great character. The good news is that this film almost gets it right; but that is also the bad news.

    Disney To Feast In France

The follow up to Disney’s 2013 Academy Award Winning short Paperman has been announced, and it will premiere at France’s Annecy International Animated Film Festival. Titled The Feast, the short looks to be based on the same stylized CG techniques used on last years Paperman, a more natural and hand-drawn look to computer animation.

    Renegades of Animation: Pat Sullivan

Pat Sullivan became famous worldwide for his creation of Felix the Cat. What most animation histories gloss over is Sullivan’s checkered past and longtime standing as a wildcat renegade. He didn’t follow the rules. And he made damn sure to fully protect his intellectual properties.

Longtime host of The Price is Right, Bob Barker, has died at 99.

    Story HERE.

He started his tenure on Price in September 1972, a role he held for 35 years before retiring in 2007, and replaced by Drew Carey. I really enjoyed his climactic reveals in pricing games, something that Drew doesn't seem to do because of time constraints.

During his time on Price, he ended up in legal trouble, facing about a dozen lawsuits involving models and some staffers. Notorious examples included a sexual harassment lawsuit by Dian Parkinson, and a ten-year lawsuit by Holly Hallstrom which led to a ban on her appearances for TV broadcasts and home media releases, but her appearances do air on the streaming service Pluto TV.

Prior to his days on Price, he was the host of Truth or Consequences. He also served as a frequent celebrity player on Match Game.

In the world of cartoons, he voiced Bob Barnacle on Nickelodeon's Spongebob Squarepants, in the episode "Sanctuary!" which aired in 2015. I am not sure if he ever had any voice work on other cartoons - someone please clarify?

In film, he appeared in the infamous golf fight scene with Adam Sandler in Happy Gilmore. In television, he also made a guest appearance on The Bold and the Beautiful in 2002, along with models Nikki Ziering and Claudia Jordan.

After he retired from Price, he wrote a book of memoirs called Priceless Memories. There were no cast members pictured except for those from his final years (likely Brandi Sherwood-Cochran, Lanisha Cole, Rachel Reynolds, Rich Fields, etc.); however, he did make mention of Dian's lawsuit, but made no mention of Holly. Rachel is the only cast member from the Barker era still on the show to this day.

Aside from game shows, he is known for his animal rights activist ways, and discouraged people from going to SeaWorld or circuses in which animals are being mistreated. He was also a vegetarian and did not eat meat.

Sad loss in the world of game shows.
