You WIll Need To Reset Your Password!!!

We just moved hosts on this system, and this has caused a few updates. One is the way we encode and store the encoded passwords.

Your old passwords will NOT work. You will need to reset your password. This is normal. Just click on reset password from the log in screen. Should be smooth as silk to do...

    Sorry for the hassle.

    Other Side Of Maleficent

I have been looking forward to Maleficent with equal amounts of anticipation and dread. On one hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, so cold and so pure, and I want desperately to see more of her and her back-story. On the other hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, and I would hate to see her parodied, taken lightly or ultimately destroyed in a film that does not understand this great character. The good news is that this film almost gets it right; but that is also the bad news.

    Disney To Feast In France

The follow up to Disney’s 2013 Academy Award Winning short Paperman has been announced, and it will premiere at France’s Annecy International Animated Film Festival. Titled The Feast, the short looks to be based on the same stylized CG techniques used on last years Paperman, a more natural and hand-drawn look to computer animation.

    Renegades of Animation: Pat Sullivan

Pat Sullivan became famous worldwide for his creation of Felix the Cat. What most animation histories gloss over is Sullivan’s checkered past and longtime standing as a wildcat renegade. He didn’t follow the rules. And he made damn sure to fully protect his intellectual properties.

The Mystery Cartoon Character Game, ongoing-ier.

Could this be Major Glory, a parody knockoff of Captain America, from the Justice Friends segment of Genndy Tartakovsky's Dexter's Laboratory?

Nope, not Major Glory. I'll give you guys some more clues tomorrow, I don't have anymore tonight. I hadn't meant for this one to be so tough.

ok, here are three more clues:

    4. I have a pit crew that consists of my girlfriend and a little old lady (from Pasadena, maybe?)

    5. My main nemesis has a very punny name

    6. My voice sounds exactly like a Canadian mountie from a cartoon made by the same studio

You got it peterhale! Seriously, I didn't think it would take more than three clues, but, eh. C'est la vie, I guess. I dunno. Sorry, I'm rambling again.

Well, will this one prove to be as easy as I think?

    1) I am a king with a very powerful roar.
    2) My medalion is a wizard's talisman.
    3) I have a punctilious secretary.

Um, Pete, he's already on the list. It's King Leonidas, and I posted him some time ago.

Or perhaps this is a slightly different regent: King Leonardo from The King And Odie series. His adjutant is Odie Colognie, a skunk that functions much like Zazu, but more hands-on.

My bad - I forgot to check in my haste to post!:arghh:
It was Leonidas - I guess Emeraldisle should take the next turn. I'll be out for a while anyway - the wife and I are having a computer-free week!

Thanks, Pete. Now here's one who's definitely not on the list:

    1. I'm the niece of the title character.

    2. I accompany my uncle wherever he goes, though he'd prefer that I stay behind.

    3. In one adventure, I visit a real life ballpark--the one Emeraldisle lives near.

Penny from "Inspector Gadget? That was the first thing that came to my head, at least for clues 1 and 2. I have no idea where you live, Em, so clue 3 means nothing to me.

Just for reference: EmeraldIsle is "Boston Strong," as in the capital of Massachusetts. This makes the baseball park in question Fenway Park, just off Brookline Avenue. The old Gossamer forum used to list (optionally) the hometowns of posters; it seems this new Xenforo one doesn't. Oh, well.

Didn't see Lucky Seven Sampson on that list. He's one of the unguessed characters.

Yes, Saltyboot. It's Jade Chan, from "Jackie Chan Adventures." The first two clues are self-explanatory, and as for clue 3, in the episode, "Tale Of The Demon Tail," the team goes to Fenway Park to capture a demon. So you're up again. Good job. :)

Thanks... Now here's one I put together.

I'm putting together a play to perform for a wedding.
I have an actor who is a ham, and wants to play all the parts.
We had to move our rehearsal out into the forest.
