That's fine, I'm gonna give it to you anyway. The short in question is "Home Tweet Home." In the beginning of the short, Tweety gets protection from Sylvester from a nanny. Sylvester later shows up disguised as the Nanny's charge and cries for the "Pretty Birdie" Of course, he attempts to eat him, only to get spanked by the Nanny asking him "How many times do I have to tell you not to put them in your mouth?" Tweety then joins in, spanking Sylvester with a club and saying this quote.
