You WIll Need To Reset Your Password!!!

We just moved hosts on this system, and this has caused a few updates. One is the way we encode and store the encoded passwords.

Your old passwords will NOT work. You will need to reset your password. This is normal. Just click on reset password from the log in screen. Should be smooth as silk to do...

    Sorry for the hassle.

    Other Side Of Maleficent

I have been looking forward to Maleficent with equal amounts of anticipation and dread. On one hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, so cold and so pure, and I want desperately to see more of her and her back-story. On the other hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, and I would hate to see her parodied, taken lightly or ultimately destroyed in a film that does not understand this great character. The good news is that this film almost gets it right; but that is also the bad news.

    Disney To Feast In France

The follow up to Disney’s 2013 Academy Award Winning short Paperman has been announced, and it will premiere at France’s Annecy International Animated Film Festival. Titled The Feast, the short looks to be based on the same stylized CG techniques used on last years Paperman, a more natural and hand-drawn look to computer animation.

    Renegades of Animation: Pat Sullivan

Pat Sullivan became famous worldwide for his creation of Felix the Cat. What most animation histories gloss over is Sullivan’s checkered past and longtime standing as a wildcat renegade. He didn’t follow the rules. And he made damn sure to fully protect his intellectual properties.

I am wondering if there are any 16 mm films of English-dubbed "Little Rascals" cartoon episodes available or if people are willing to sell them?

The films I would be most interested in are:

"Alfalfa for President"/"Rock & Roll Rascals"/"A Swimming We Will Go"
"The Irate Pirates"/"All the Loot that's Fit to Print"/"The Spare"
"Alfalfa's Athlete's Feat"/"Darla's Dream Dance"/"Fiscal Fitness" (I do have a German-dubbed version, but I believe "Darla's Dream Dance" was significantly edited for German broadcast)
"Cap'n Spanky's Showboat"/"The Case of the Puzzled Pals"/"Go Cart Go" (yes, I do have a digital copy of each, but I would prefer a better quality film version)
"Falling Heir"/"Flim Flam Film Fans"/"Do or Diet"
"Trash Can Treasures"/"King of the Hobos"/"Out on a Limb"
    "Showdown at the Rascal Corral"
    "Class Act"
    "Ice Escapades"
    "Wash and Werewolf"/"Save Our Treehouse!"
    "A Not-So Buenas Dias"/"Fright Night"
"The Big Sneezse"/"Pete's Big Break" (I do have a digital version of the latter, but the quality is horrible but still watchable - it would be nice to have a better quality film)

Oooh, not likely, Rascals Fan. Film from that era deteriorates over time; as of today, it'd be a tin full of dry, crackling slivers. If no one has made archive copies on more durable media, then these episodes may be lost to the ages, much like the earliest animated films. (Supposedly, the very first animated films were made in Argentina, but none survive in any form.) There are outfits that sell film reels for private showing, such as a college campus movie night, but they only archive or duplicate films that generate higher circulation numbers.
