You WIll Need To Reset Your Password!!!

We just moved hosts on this system, and this has caused a few updates. One is the way we encode and store the encoded passwords.

Your old passwords will NOT work. You will need to reset your password. This is normal. Just click on reset password from the log in screen. Should be smooth as silk to do...

    Sorry for the hassle.

    Other Side Of Maleficent

I have been looking forward to Maleficent with equal amounts of anticipation and dread. On one hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, so cold and so pure, and I want desperately to see more of her and her back-story. On the other hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, and I would hate to see her parodied, taken lightly or ultimately destroyed in a film that does not understand this great character. The good news is that this film almost gets it right; but that is also the bad news.

    Disney To Feast In France

The follow up to Disney’s 2013 Academy Award Winning short Paperman has been announced, and it will premiere at France’s Annecy International Animated Film Festival. Titled The Feast, the short looks to be based on the same stylized CG techniques used on last years Paperman, a more natural and hand-drawn look to computer animation.

    Renegades of Animation: Pat Sullivan

Pat Sullivan became famous worldwide for his creation of Felix the Cat. What most animation histories gloss over is Sullivan’s checkered past and longtime standing as a wildcat renegade. He didn’t follow the rules. And he made damn sure to fully protect his intellectual properties.

Now that "Hop" is in theaters, let's look at other cartoons that feature the Easter Bunny.

"Easter Yeggs," Bugs Bunny, Warner Bros, 1947. Bugs fills in for the Easter Bunny, delivering "Technicolor hen fruit," to Dead End Kid and Elmer Fudd, neither of which are pleasant experiences.

"Here Comes Peter Cottontail," Rankin-Bass, 1971. Peter Cottontail is determined to be the Chief Easter Bunny. But the evil rabbit Irontail has other ideas....

"Story Of The First Easter Rabbit," Rankin Bass, 1976. Borrowing from the plot of "The Velveteen Rabbit," this classic tells the story of Stuffy, a toy rabbit come to life who becomes the first Easter Bunny.

"The Bugs Bunny Easter Special," Warner Bros, 1977. Once again, the Easter Bunny can't make his rounds, so Bugs asks each of the Looney Tunes to be a substitute, but they refuse. Daffy eventually dons a rabbit costume, but Bugs and Granny tell the viewers, "We knew it was Daffy all the time."

"Easter Bunny Is Coming To Town," Rankin-Bass, 1977. Similar to "Santa Claus Is Coming To Town," this special tells how the Easter Bunny foils the schemes of Lily Longtooth so that little King Bruce and the other kids can have a nice Easter.

Easter Fever (1980), a syndicated TV special from Canada's Nelvana studio.

The Easter Bunny, aka Jack the Rabbit (voiced by SNL alum Garret Morris) is the guest of honor at an all-star celebrity roast hosted by Don Rattles and Steed Martin (animal caricatures of Don Rickles and Steve Martin) as he plans to retire from the Easter racket. But just when it looks like Jack's career is over, a pleading aardvark convinces him to un-retire and play the Easter Bunny once more.

"Yogi The Easter Bear," Hanna-Barbera, 1994. This special also features the Easter Bunny.
