You WIll Need To Reset Your Password!!!

We just moved hosts on this system, and this has caused a few updates. One is the way we encode and store the encoded passwords.

Your old passwords will NOT work. You will need to reset your password. This is normal. Just click on reset password from the log in screen. Should be smooth as silk to do...

    Sorry for the hassle.

    Other Side Of Maleficent

I have been looking forward to Maleficent with equal amounts of anticipation and dread. On one hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, so cold and so pure, and I want desperately to see more of her and her back-story. On the other hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, and I would hate to see her parodied, taken lightly or ultimately destroyed in a film that does not understand this great character. The good news is that this film almost gets it right; but that is also the bad news.

    Disney To Feast In France

The follow up to Disney’s 2013 Academy Award Winning short Paperman has been announced, and it will premiere at France’s Annecy International Animated Film Festival. Titled The Feast, the short looks to be based on the same stylized CG techniques used on last years Paperman, a more natural and hand-drawn look to computer animation.

    Renegades of Animation: Pat Sullivan

Pat Sullivan became famous worldwide for his creation of Felix the Cat. What most animation histories gloss over is Sullivan’s checkered past and longtime standing as a wildcat renegade. He didn’t follow the rules. And he made damn sure to fully protect his intellectual properties.

I may have to admit...I'll be facing homelessness...if you want to PM me...feel free.

But I've seen many LT/MM cartoons where there's a homeless character...and isn't Riff-Raff of Heathcliff a homeless character as well as Top Cat?

There was an episode of The New Adventures Of Captain Planet, "No Place Like Home," in which Gaia becomes homeless.

There was a cartoon that was kind of a twist on the homeless theme,Hal Seegar's "Stuffy Derma". He wasn't homeless, in fact he lived in a mansion, but he constantly yearned for his former life as a hobo.

In The Little Rascals cartoon spinoff series from 1982, there was an episode titled "King of the Hobos" in which Porky befriends an elderly hobo near the railroad tracks. The hobo's name is Boxcar Bill, if I recall; and considering he's a hobo, I would assume he's homeless.

In the Richie Rich segment "Poor Little Richbillies", Richie's poorest cousin, Alfalfy Rich and his wife, Thistle, were temporarily homeless after city slickers use a gigantic fan to create an artificial hurricane to blow the hillbilly couple's house away.

A notable example is seen near the end of The Get Along Gang episode "Zipper's Millions" (the first segment on the series premiere), Zipper Cat's elderly cousin, Tabby, became homeless at the end after Zipper tries to claim a $100,000 inheritance, but numerous residents of the town of Pine Corners were competing to claim the money before Zipper does. Tabby's home was destroyed after Dotty Dog, Bingo Beaver, and another character (Portia or Woolma) were abducted and held hostage inside Tabby's home on top of a steep hill, and tried to escape by using a hat rack to slam the door open, but the vibrations caused rocks to loosen and destroy what was holding up the house, which ended up sliding down the steep slope, and teetering on the edge of a cliff. Zipper had to rescue their friends, and after a successful rescue, Tabby's house fell over the cliff and was ultimately destroyed. Zipper felt bad for Tabby and since he ended up being the recipient of the $100,000 (after he arrived at the last second), as much as he wanted the money, he gave up the entire inheritance to Tabby so she could buy a new home.
