I noticed that Ed Begley, Jr. was listed in the voices (I remember seeing him on occasion on rebroadcasts of game shows, such as The $25,000 Pyramid, Body Language, and maybe Super Password), but I don't see any data on the Internet Movie Database regarding who he voiced in the Little Rascals/Richie Rich portion of the show. I presume his voice was used in Richie Rich? And if so, does anybody know who he lent his voice to?

Yes, he was one of the additional voices in the 1982 Richie Rich segments.
