You WIll Need To Reset Your Password!!!

We just moved hosts on this system, and this has caused a few updates. One is the way we encode and store the encoded passwords.

Your old passwords will NOT work. You will need to reset your password. This is normal. Just click on reset password from the log in screen. Should be smooth as silk to do...

    Sorry for the hassle.

    Other Side Of Maleficent

I have been looking forward to Maleficent with equal amounts of anticipation and dread. On one hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, so cold and so pure, and I want desperately to see more of her and her back-story. On the other hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, and I would hate to see her parodied, taken lightly or ultimately destroyed in a film that does not understand this great character. The good news is that this film almost gets it right; but that is also the bad news.

    Disney To Feast In France

The follow up to Disney’s 2013 Academy Award Winning short Paperman has been announced, and it will premiere at France’s Annecy International Animated Film Festival. Titled The Feast, the short looks to be based on the same stylized CG techniques used on last years Paperman, a more natural and hand-drawn look to computer animation.

    Renegades of Animation: Pat Sullivan

Pat Sullivan became famous worldwide for his creation of Felix the Cat. What most animation histories gloss over is Sullivan’s checkered past and longtime standing as a wildcat renegade. He didn’t follow the rules. And he made damn sure to fully protect his intellectual properties.

It's with heavy heart that I report the closing of the Cheers Bar at Faneuil Hall Marketplace and Quincy Market here in Boston. The original on nearby Beacon Hill will remain open, at least for now.

The pub, like its TV counterpart, served traditional pub fare, and also had its own gift shop that sold T-shirts, coffee mugs, and other memorabilia from the TV show. Its final day of business is Sunday, August 30. And yes, the Coronavirus pandemic is to blame. :(

This looks like one thing on my Bucket List that won't happen!

The other is seeing the Family Matters house in Chicago!

Another place that's now a victim of Covid is the I-X Center in Cleveland...so no more I-X Indoor Amusement Park.

If I ever had the money, I'd make a place with an indoor amusement park, indoor fieldhouse, movie theater, indoor winter playground, a shopping center with a grocery store, restaurants, a hotel, a casino, a stage for theater plays, speaking events, and church services, an arcade like Dave and Busters as well as Chuck-E-Cheese, an indoor playground, and...you can live there since there'll be apartments that you can rent-to-own.

I dunno what to call it, tho...

That'd be Potterville, a town where all industry and commerce is controlled by one magnate. Lose the casino, and it's a copycat Disneyland.

I think a lot of businesses are dying due to COVID-19. Particularly tourist spots.

Unless there is a reliable vaccine soon, more businesses will be gone. And even if there was to be a vaccine, our economy will not be the same as it was back in February.

I'd say, by the time the pandemic has ran its course, we'll probably be lucky to see only the big names, such as Walmart, McDonald's, many major supermarkets, and many others big name businesses, remain.
