    Other Side Of Maleficent

    I have been looking forward to Maleficent with equal amounts of anticipation and dread. On one hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, so cold and so pure, and I want desperately to see more of her and her back-story. On the other hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, and I would hate to see her parodied, taken lightly or ultimately destroyed in a film that does not understand this great character. The good news is that this film almost gets it right; but that is also the bad news.

    The follow up to Disney’s 2013 Academy Award Winning short Paperman has been announced, and it will premiere at France’s Annecy International Animated Film Festival. Titled The Feast, the short looks to be based on the same stylized CG techniques used on last years Paperman, a more natural and hand-drawn look to computer animation.

My father isn't doing too hot...

    Right now, he's in the hospital as we speak...and with this Coronavirus...I may NOT see him again for awhile....

    UPDATE...

    My father is in rehab and he'll be there until after Easter. I sooooo wish I can still see him...or have hospitals and rehab centers give him Skype since I can't go anywhere!

    I was gonna post on here on how my father is doing...but the site was down until now.

    Last Tuesday he went-back to the Emergency Room because of pneumonia. On Easter, he returned to rehab...I dunno if he'll be able to come-back home....

    He may be going to a skilled nursing facility...my sister said our dad isn't 100%.

    If he's 70% able to do stuff...I'd say "have him come home"...but it isn't looking that way. And with this Coronavirus...will I see him again...on earth?

    Update on my dad...

    He did wind-up in assisted care. He had a series of stokes and has Parkinson's.

    My dad has been in assisted care for two years. :(:(

    Well...if God wants my dad to see my mom again..it may sound bad because he'd be gone...but it's good because he no longer has to suffer.

    I got to see him today...I told him that my aunt is going to make a DVD out of a home movie when he was a child...I even added the times when I was a child...I got into a lot of things!
