You WIll Need To Reset Your Password!!!

We just moved hosts on this system, and this has caused a few updates. One is the way we encode and store the encoded passwords.

Your old passwords will NOT work. You will need to reset your password. This is normal. Just click on reset password from the log in screen. Should be smooth as silk to do...

    Sorry for the hassle.

    Other Side Of Maleficent

I have been looking forward to Maleficent with equal amounts of anticipation and dread. On one hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, so cold and so pure, and I want desperately to see more of her and her back-story. On the other hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, and I would hate to see her parodied, taken lightly or ultimately destroyed in a film that does not understand this great character. The good news is that this film almost gets it right; but that is also the bad news.

    Disney To Feast In France

The follow up to Disney’s 2013 Academy Award Winning short Paperman has been announced, and it will premiere at France’s Annecy International Animated Film Festival. Titled The Feast, the short looks to be based on the same stylized CG techniques used on last years Paperman, a more natural and hand-drawn look to computer animation.

    Renegades of Animation: Pat Sullivan

Pat Sullivan became famous worldwide for his creation of Felix the Cat. What most animation histories gloss over is Sullivan’s checkered past and longtime standing as a wildcat renegade. He didn’t follow the rules. And he made damn sure to fully protect his intellectual properties.

When I mean that, I mean characters like Meg Griffin, Butters, Zoidberg, and Charlie Brown who have family and friends that don't appreciate them. I know there's others out there...

Let me see. Brainy Smurf, Casper--think of all those who flee when they see him, Arnold, the paper boy from "The Flintstones," and Astro.

Oh, the Trix Rabbit for one. Every so often, a mail-in vote is held by General Mills on whether or not the Rabbit should get a bowl of Trix cereal. Every one of these polls resulted in an overwhelming vote to let the Rabbit have some. It works out to one bowl per eleven years of "Silly Rabbit, Trix are for kids."

Dick Dastardly, the Villain Protagonist of the Wacky Races, and later, Dastardly And Muttley In Their Flying Machines. Never once won a race, nor ever caught that messenger pigeon. He did get his squadron to re-enlist though: by tricking them into thinking they were signing Dick's journal. The pages were actually re-enlist forms cleverly folded to look like blank pages.

Alexandra Cabot, personal foil to Josie And The Pussycats. It wasn't until the 2001 live-action movie that Alexandra got thrown a bone, namely Les of boy-band Du Jour.

Those are good ones... I even think Loopy de Loop gets little to no love since he's a wolf.

Though Donald Duck gets some love from Mickey, Goofy, and José...he gets less from Daisy, Scrooge, and his nephews!

I also think Pepe le Pew gets little to no love despite trying to make love.

    I have some more...

Brian Griffin-He has open the mouth and insert foot problem...which led him to getting kicked-out of Quahog last year.

Chicken Boo-He always either gets chased out or almost becomes a chicken dinner since his human clothes get lost.

    Jon Arbuckle-He can't find a date!

Amusingly enough though, Jon Arbuckle has been dating Liz the veterinarian for some time now in the comics--I think the Garfield Show even showed her dating him.
Johnny Bravo never was very lucky with the ladies--or life really.
Charlie Dog was never really able to find a master.
Buttons was almost always getting scolded for something or other by Mindy's mother despite always keeping her out of danger. (Wakko's Wish finally put a happy ending on that one)

Also, Baby Puss, the saber toothed tiger from "The Flintstones." He was only in a handful of episodes, but did nothing more than accompany the families to the drive-in, and of course, put Fred outside, and lock him out of the house.
