The Penguin's main motivation for his crimes seem to be to gain enough material wealth to maintain the lifestyle he believes he is entitled to.He strongly believes in the separation of the wealthy social classes from the common folk.

Johnny Bravo
Johnny Bravo's confidence in his ability to attract women is so unshakable it's bulletproof. His delusion of being a ladies man remains despite being violently rejected by every female he encounters.


Brainy Smurf
Just as Vanity Smurf is overly proud of his looks, Brainy is overly proud of his supposed superior mind. Most of the time he just comes off as an annoying know-it-all.

Mok
Rock and Rule

A clear and blatant example of megalomania.
He wanted to open a hell-mouth into the infernal dimension and summon a demon to destroy the population of the world because he felt his record sales had slipped a bit.

Gaston from Disney's Beauty and the Beast of course!
Queen Grimhilde from Disney's Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is extremely vain and always asking her mirror who's the fairest of them all--woe to the woman who isn't her.
Maui to a degree from Disney's Moana is a pretty cocky demigod who sings an entire song about how great he is and all of his feats that he's done for the humans--of course we later learn his literal backstory as to why he behaves like this to begin with. At least he's likable.
Falling into the same boat, we have Maui's counterpart and nemesis, Tamatoa. Moana is sent as bait to distract him into talking about how great he is. Tamatoa is more than happy to oblige--in song form of course. While Maui is proud of (most) of his tattoos depicting all his feats, Tamatoa takes pride in his shell being decked out in shiny treasure--and this is a fifty foot psychotic, coconut crab who's missing a leg mind you.

Scar from The Lion King believes that he should rule the Pridelands, and that Mufasa rules only because he's more muscular. One earful of Jeremy Irons singing "Be Prepared" to the hyenas is enough to convince anyone that Scar runs on Delusions of Grandeur.

Oh, and Georgette the show poodle from Oliver & Company. With her voice supplied by Bette Midler, she belts out "Perfect Isn't Easy" as peon to narcissism.
