You WIll Need To Reset Your Password!!!

We just moved hosts on this system, and this has caused a few updates. One is the way we encode and store the encoded passwords.

Your old passwords will NOT work. You will need to reset your password. This is normal. Just click on reset password from the log in screen. Should be smooth as silk to do...

    Sorry for the hassle.

    Other Side Of Maleficent

I have been looking forward to Maleficent with equal amounts of anticipation and dread. On one hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, so cold and so pure, and I want desperately to see more of her and her back-story. On the other hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, and I would hate to see her parodied, taken lightly or ultimately destroyed in a film that does not understand this great character. The good news is that this film almost gets it right; but that is also the bad news.

    Disney To Feast In France

The follow up to Disney’s 2013 Academy Award Winning short Paperman has been announced, and it will premiere at France’s Annecy International Animated Film Festival. Titled The Feast, the short looks to be based on the same stylized CG techniques used on last years Paperman, a more natural and hand-drawn look to computer animation.

    Renegades of Animation: Pat Sullivan

Pat Sullivan became famous worldwide for his creation of Felix the Cat. What most animation histories gloss over is Sullivan’s checkered past and longtime standing as a wildcat renegade. He didn’t follow the rules. And he made damn sure to fully protect his intellectual properties.

I know there's many cartoon characters who are greedy like Daffy Duck, Charles Montgomery Burns, The Brain, and of course...Greedy Smurf.

Any other greedy cartoon characters? Does Angelica Pickles count too?

The villain Massive from Loonatics Unleashed took greed to a whole new level: not content with emptying the bank vault, he paused to swipe a coin that a boy was depositing. A coin, $1 at most. Talk about kicking the dog.

As for Angelica Pickles, I see her as arrogant rather than greedy. Yes, she hogs the goodies, but mostly, she wants to lord it over everyone else, in a deluded self-importance way. That's more Pride than Greed.

Oh, and let us not neglect Prince John from Disney's Robin Hood. "Double the taxes! Triple the taxes! Squeeze every last drop out of those insolent musical peasants." Dude, if you're going to hoard all the money, England's economy is going to be sundered worse than a Viking invasion.

    Montana Max
    Tiny Toons
Montana Max main motivation is money, but there's plenty of anger to spread around. Stingy with money, but generous with his anger.

    Eustace Bagg
    Courage the Cowardly Dog
Eustace is a collection of vices held together by skin. He doesn't hesitate to indulge in his favorite vice, a stubborn form of greed.

    Humpty Dumpty
    Greedy Humpty Dumpty
King Humpty Dumpty owns all the gold in the kingdom but his boundless greed drives him to want the gold in the sun. He orders all the subjects in his kingdom to build him a tower to the sun, but he and the walls of the tower come tumbling down.

    Eddy
    Ed, Edd, n Eddy

Eddy's drive to make money could almost be seen as ambition if you didn't get the sense that he'd sell his friends for jawbreaker money if he could.

    Cyril Sneer
    The Raccoons

The aardvark industrialist antagonist is always scheming against the raccoons and their friends. He is determined to bulldoze the woods where they live. all in the name of profit.

Ah, and there's Aunt Figg and the lawyer Lickboot (Charlotte Rae and Tony Jay) from Tom And Jerry The Movie, singing that magical duet "Money Is Such A Beautiful Word."
